ARC - Advance Reader Copies
Would you like to get your hands on an advance copy of my book in exchange for an honest review and some promotion to help hype it?
I am currently looking for ARC readers for my upcoming book "Given to the Warrior". This is a romance with fantasy and sci-fi elements. Before you apply for an ARC, please check the info below to make sure you have an idea of what type of book this is to see if it is something you might enjoy reading. Are you a fan of classic romance tropes - where the shy virginal heroine and the gruff strong warrior are thrust together against their wills? Do you also enjoy a story set in a far distant world with elements of emotional turmoil, rich world-building and memorable side characters... with a little bit of sensual spice and a hero who values consent and does not harm the heroine? - then this book might be for you!
Forced marriage (neither wants to be together!), Gentle but grumpy Hero, Inexperienced and shy virginal Heroine, Consent seeking Hero, Love after Loss, Emotional Journey, Hero who shows emotions & vulnerability, Slow Burn with the relationship established about halfway into the story, Hero & Heroine fighting an enemy together, Third Person with Dual POV (past tense), Low-medium spice (sensual rather than graphic/explicit) love scenes, Fighting and violence, Rich worldbuilding with a primitive tribal culture who have no technology and worship 4 Gods.
Magic or mystical elements (although dragons are mentioned), "3rd act breakup" or relationship miscommunication dramas (once they are together they are solidly together), explicit love scenes (intimate scenes are mid-level), Hero mistreating the Heroine.

I would also appreciate any promotion you may do about the book on social media including "booktok", instagram, facebook and the RomanceBooks subreddit. If you're an artist and would like to do any fan art, please let me know, as I'd love to see it!
