Backorders
Items on backorder may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Pre-orders
Items listed as sale on backorder but with a release date shown are “pre-orders” – and will become available after that displayed date.
Refunds & Returns
To be eligible for a refund, email admin@violetstarbooks.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, to explain what the issue is.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know immediately, and send a photo that clearly shows any damaged areas of the product.
Returns must be in the same condition that you received it, so please ensure any returned products are well packaged to avoid damage in transit. Unless advised otherwise, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
